I am a second-year student at the University of Florida pursuing degrees in Computer Science (Cybersecurity) and Astrophysics. My work sits at the intersection of observational astronomy and hands-on instrumentation; I began building personal imaging and spectroscopy systems before starting university, and those instincts now inform how I approach formal research problems. I currently operate a research telescope at Rosemary Hill Observatory, maintain a fully remote personal observatory aimed at variable star monitoring and transient photometry, and conduct funded research on dusty torus reverberation mapping in active galactic nuclei as a University Scholars Program fellow with Dr. Triana Almeyda's group.

Research also pulled me toward systems and security. I built and maintain the software and IT infrastructure for my family's construction company, and I run an isolated home lab where I carry out attacks against my own systems and build detections for them. I'm working toward detection engineering and security analysis, where my computer science training and systems work meet.
